| Before After Congratulations to Nick Hale! Congrats to Nick for being our new Online Client of the Month. We've never met Nick in person. This was all done over the internet! We consistently changed up Nick's Diet using our Carbohydrate Manipulation program. Nick would update us every 4-6 weeks with pictures and his stength/energy levels, and we would change his diet as needed. His results do the talking!
