| Congratulations to Debbie Ramsey for being the September WieFit Client of the Month Debbie and her son Kevin are two of the most dedicated clients we have worked with over the past year. Can you believe those were the pants she wore just 12 months ago??? I think both Debbie and I could fit into those pants together! Debbie lost exactly 87 lbs of fat! And one thing we all forget that comes with regular exercise and good eating habits (besides looking better), is the health benefits that come with it too. Debbie used to have to regularly use her asthma inhaler; since January, 2009, she has not used it one time!!!! Should the powers to be make exercise and eating healthy mandatory requirements as part of our "universal health-care plan"???!!!! Maybe we just might have a healthier world!!! Debbie uses UMP between her meals and for pre-workout, Muscle Provider for post workout, Glutamine, and Lean Out. See her weight and pant size below.
