I wanted to recognize the best Trainer/Coach in Cincinnati/NKY, Brian Wiefering and everyone at #WieFit. THANK YOU!!! YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!!!

ryan-siereveld-ab-thigh-poseBrian, thanks for believing in me and giving me the confidence that I could do a bodybuilding show and do well. After 9 months of dieting, lifting cardio, and posing, you were able to take me from 250 lbs and 19% body fat to 189% lbs and 2-3% body fat. It was not easy, but you gave me the plan and I stuck to it. Not to a “t” but to a “z”. I was able take 1st place in Light heavyweights and 2nd overall in Men’s Bodybuilding at the 2016 Monster Mash show all due to your knowledge, dedication and confidence in me. I will forever be grateful for that.

For those who don’t know I have been going to WieFit for nutritional guidance for the better part of 2 years and my wife Kelli and I even used them to get in shape for our wedding 5 years ago. I can’t even count how many friends, family members, co-workers, customers of mine, and random people have I have told about and used WieFit and seen results. This place is amazing. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. From Cara, Zach, Tyler, Aaron Wiefering, Brian and sorry but I forget your name new guy but you are great too! You guys are always positive, upbeat and supportive of not only me but anybody else that I see you interacting with. If you are ready for a change in your life this is a great place to start. They make getting in shape very easy to understand, you just have to put in the work (and you don’t have to want to compete in a bodybuilding show, you may juts want to lose 20 lbs). Give them an hour to go over the nutrition and then 3 months (you will see results after month) to stick to the plan and I guarantee you will see amazing results. The longer you go and the stricter you are on the plan the better the results will be. Believe me if I can do it you can!

I am Sorry for crowding your news feeds with this Facebook post. Better than political garbage I suppose! But have to give credit where credit is due!
