8-10oz lean ground meat (turkey, chicken, beef)
Use 1-2 egg whites to help form patty
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp orango
1 whole wheat hamburger bun (25 grams)

Fry patty in frying pan using PAM spray
Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, sugar free ketchup, mustard

Sweet Potato Fries:
Peel small potato (25 grams)
Slice potato in small length slices
Boil about 5 min. do not overcook. Fries should not be tender
Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, and splenda brown sugar
Bake at 350 degrees until desired

Meal consist of your daily protein, carb, fat, and veggie. Perfect for an American’s favorite food.
