8-10oz 97% lean ground beef
1/2 cup lettuce
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 red peppers
1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1 whole wheat tortilla (25 grams) carbohydrates per tortilla

Fry in 1 tbsp of olive oil

Seasoning used for meat:

1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp franks hot sauce
