WHAT IS PNF STRETCHING?

PNF stretching, short for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching, is one of the most researched and effective methods for improving flexibility and range of motion. Unlike traditional static stretching, PNF combines stretching and muscle contractions in a sequence that retrains the nervous system and lengthens muscles more effectively.
